Proofreading
While proofreading, our team will find and correct all types of errors: typography, spelling, punctuation, grammar, usage.
After proofreading we will return you the text with corrections made in track change mode. In the case of more serious problems, we will annotate the problematic areas with comments.
Each text we work with is read and checked twice – after the author accepts or rejects our corrections, explains the ambiguities, it returns to us for the second proofreading.
Additionally, at the client’s request, we may format the text and the references according to the journal’s requirements and prepare the list of further requirements for other documents needed for submission.
After our proofreading service, the text will be free of technical errors that are usually overlooked by the authors but influence the text perception by editors and reviewers.
After editing service, the text will be coherent and easy to read. The author, especially the one at the beginning of their scientific career, will have an insight into the scientific writing workshop.
Editing
During editing, our team will point out every ambiguity and inaccuracy and will assure that the text is coherent within and between the sections. We will try to eliminate all errors that could be noticed by the journal editor and reviewers.
During the next step, the author complements the text with additional information and adds their comments and remarks.
At the final stage, the manuscript undergoes proofreading and optional final formatting.
Since the editing service might be performed at any stage of manuscript development, the cooperation between the author and the editor is close and may include a phone call, an email correspondence, and an online consult.

Peer review
The peer review service aims to critically assess the scientific quality of the manuscript.
After the analysis, our team will prepare the report where the following aspects of the manuscript will be assessed: the composition, the aims of the study, the experimental design, the quality of the results: their analysis, presentation and interpretation, the quality of discussion and conclusions. Additionally, we will point out any ambiguity or inaccuracy occurring in the text and check if it is coherent.
Moreover, we will check the title, the abstract, the keywords and propose the changes, so after the improvements, the text will be optimized for search engines.
The report after peer review service will list all oversight errors and inaccuracies, which could be pointed out by the journal editor and reviewers, and all proposed solutions.
The publication process support session will identify the default journal for your manuscript, will support you in responding to reviewers or journal editor requests or, in case of planned series, will propose the distribution of the materials.

Our team will help to develop the plan of action for your results dissemination, for the peer review you received or for the series of publications you plan.
During the publication process support session, we discuss the afore received materials, we advise on the default journal, the cover letter content, the peer review response content and the approach to the requested improvements or on publication series planning – we present the developed plan of action, discuss it and adjust it to your individual needs.
